Breeding Health Survey

Sara Sampson the SSA Health Coordinator has put out a call for information about breeding and litters to help form part of a SSA breed health action plan. She would like to hear from those breeding from their own bitches and those owning stud dogs.

Data will be collected using an online form.

All data collected will be used only for purposes as outlined above. Individual submissions will not be provided to any other person, organisation or business for any other purposes. Personal details will not be collected unless provided.

If you are willing to complete the form, please give as much detail as possible about your experiences breeding and details of any litters.

Please fill out a separate form for each litter or mating attempt. Should you wish to share details of many litters please contact Sara who will provide a spreadsheet for you to complete. Contact can be made through ssa_health@outlook.com
